Dear Randy and Thelma,

Just a note about our new Fletcher Canoe — a Bill Mason Heavy Duty Special. They buying of the canoe has been a complete joy from the first I read about you in the Boundary Waters Journal, my phone call for information, our meeting at "Canoecopia" in Madison, WI, and our trip to Canada to pick up our canoe. We made that trip to Madison to check-out your workmanship compared to the many other builders, and we were not disappointed. The canoe you built for us, serial number 55, is equally well built and finished. We've had many positive comments about its beauty.

It's a good looking canoe in the water in our opinion, and the handling... well I think Bill Mason's comment speaks for that quite well. The personal touch this whole project had on Sharon and me has been something we'll remember for a long time and we want to express our sincere thanks to you.
